About Our Products


Do you use REAL chocolate?

YES! We wouldn't have it any other way :)

 

Real chocolate uses real cocoa butter.

Our Dark Chocolate is 54% Cacao. Our Milk Chocolate is 30% cacao. AND, wait for it... Our White Chocolate is 35% cocoa butter! No palm oil here :)

On top of that, all our chocolate is Fair Trade Certified and Non-GMO Verified too!

How long will my Popcorn stay fresh?

Of course Popcorn is best eaten soon after you (or your gift-ee) receive it.

All our Popcorn is made fresh to order and shipped fast. It will stay fresh for at least 6 weeks if you keep it well-sealed in a cool and dry place.

Here's a few helpful hints...
If you plan on delivering our Popcorn as a gift, simply place the unopened box in a cool, dry place to maintain its freshness until you make your gift presentation! The refrigerator works great to chill-out our chocolate popcorn! 

Are there any additives or preservatives in your chocolates?

No Way. Pure chocolate needs no additives or preservatives, so we do not use any.  We also don't use any artificial flavorings, flavor enhancers, food laquors, confectioners coatings or other yucky things in our Popcorn...We’re keeping it real!

Is the chocolate that you use “free-trade”?

YES! We only use the highest quality chocolate in the crafting of all our Popcorn Passion popcorn.  ALL of our chocolate is Rainforest Alliance Certified and comes to us from U.S. companies that are committed to global efforts toward sustainability of the environment of the cocoa growing regions of the world and the well-being of cocoa workers and farmers. That’s a big deal to us!

Does your Popcorn contain nuts?

YES. At least some of our flavors do contain nuts. Our kitchen uses peanut butter, peanuts, almonds and other nuts to make some of our decadent flavors.

it takes a lot o’ nuts to do what we do so if you do have a nut allergy, we strongly suggest you resist temptation.

Is your Popcorn gluten-free?

Some of our flavors are Gluten Free! Look for the fun little Gluten Free icon on each product page! Keep in mind... We’ve got a lot of little glutens bouncing around our kitchen here... If you are super sensitive to Gluten you may want to resist!

 


Is your Popcorn dairy-free?

Some of our selections are dairy-free! But... our white and milk chocolate contain milk, and our homemade caramel also contains butter.

General Questions


How does your Friend Referral Program work?

It's simple, and it's a great way to save on all your future purchases!

Right after you place your first order at Popcorn Passion, you can refer as many friends as you'd like… if your friend becomes a customer, we'll give you a credit for 25% off your next order  - that's 25% for each referral you make!

To refer your friend:

1.  Login and go to your Friend Referral page.

2.  Enter the email addresses of the friends you want to refer in the Tell-A-Friend Box and hit send. We'll email your friend a discount code they can use on their first order with us.

If your friend uses that code when placing their order, our system will automatically notify you by email and TA-DA! – you’ve got another 25% off discount code to use with us!

Don’t see your Tell-a-Friend form on your Friend Referral page? This means that you may not have placed an order with us :(  Don’t be shy, treat yourself! to some of our fantastic Popcorn and experience the deliciousness!

How do I check the balance of a gift certificate?

What types of credit cards does Popcorn Passion accept?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover card.
We do not currently accept Paypal, Online Checks or IOUs but we're looking into it.

Does the Popcorn Passion website have secure ordering?

YES!  We use a secure server running the latest 128-bit encryption that handles all payments. It is one of the safest ways to order online.
WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS for your security.

How do I use my promotional code?

Sweet!  If you have a promotional code, friend referral code or a gift certificate code, simply enter it in the CODE field in your shopping cart, and then click the 'Apply' button. You'll see the CODE you entered in a box shown in 'My Items' in your shopping cart and on your 'Order Summary' during the checkout process.

 If you experience difficulties when trying to use one of our codes, just contact us - we'll get you fixed up in no time!

Is my order taxable?

NO TAX - We're located in TAX FREE New Hampshire! That means that all of your orders at Popcorn Passion are TAX FREE!  Gotta' love NH! - Live Free or Die baby!

I need to order 142 boxes for my wedding favor gifts? Should I order these online or call you to place my order?

Great question! You could place that order through our website... but we would prefer to take your order over the phone.

It's just so we can personally coordinate your order to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch - so you can focus on getting hitched ;)

No worries. We'll make your fresh Popcorn, pack it up and ship it to your event address for your big day! - Cheers!

 




Your Account


When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is submitted.  Orders placed after 3PM EST could post the following business day if you're watching for it.

Your credit card statement will show your purchase as “PopcornPassion c/o
Grasshopper Gourmet...and show your order total.

My account shows I have "unused credits". What does this mean?

It's a good thing!  If you log in and see a message that says that you have "unused credits", this means that we have added a credit to your account for you to use on your next order.

This credit could be from a Friend Referral, a refund or some other adjustment that was made to your account.  Our credits can only be used online, they can't be redeemed for cash, and they are not transferable.

Any unused balance will remain in your account and will be deducted as needed on your next order.




Your Orders


Will I get a confirmation of my order?

YES! If you place an order with us you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you gave us at the time of purchase.  You will also be sent a shipment confirmation when your order is shipped - so you know when to expect your package of goodness.

If you did not receive either of these....please contact us!

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Yes.  BUT…  if you really need to do so, please call us immediately so we can intercept the order and make the necessary changes before we start making your order.   Call us at 1-866-611-1027 between the hours of 9am – 5pm EST Monday through Friday.

How do I track my order?

If you placed an order with us, you should have received a shipment confirmation through the email address you provided us at the time of your order.

This shipment confirmation email will contain your tracking number.  
If you click on the tracking number link within that email message you can view the status of that order.  This option is also available under the 'View My Orders' tab in your account.

How long will it take to receive my Popcorn order?

We make and ship all our Popcorn orders from right here in New Hampshire,  Monday thru Thursday,  9AM thru 5PM.  

All of our orders are filled within 1-2 business days and shipped to:

Customers in New England
: That's ME, MA, VT, CT, RI, and of course NH. These orders usually take 1-2 days.


Customers in all other states
– typically, you (or your giftee) should get your order within 2-6 business days.

How will my Popcorn be shipped?

We ship our Popcorn using UPS.

Want it faster?  We do offer optional expedited 2nd Day Service (2 business days) and
Next Day Service (1 business day) .  If you select Next Day Service, USPS may require a signature at time of delivery... so please make sure somebody's home to receive your package.

What if someone is not at home to accept delivery of my gift?

It shouldn't be a problem... USPS will leave a package without a signature.

If they can't deliver the package for some reason, the USPS driver will leave a delivery attempt notice and attempt to make the delivery up to three times.
After the third delivery attempt the package will be returned to us ;( and someone will certainly be sad :(  We cannot provide refunds for deliveries where no recipient was available to recieve it.

Fundraising FAQs


How much do I sell the Popcorn for?

All prices are listed in the product brochure.

How much will my organization make off each box sold?

Your organization will receive $5.00 per box sold.

How do we collect funds that are raised?

All cash and check sales are made directly to the organization you are fundrasing with. When your fundraising term has ended, you submit your order to us, deducting $5/box from the total. You simply keep the profit!

What forms of payment are accepted?

Check or cash. Please make checks payable to the organization you are fundraising with. Please see top portion of your order form.

How long will our fundraiser last?

The length of each fundraiser will vary, please see the top portion of your order form for the start and end date.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After payment has been processed, please allow 10 business days for your order to arrive.

What are the shipping charges?

There will be no shipping charges; everything will be delivered directly to your organization.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order to qualify for this program.

How long will my Popcorn stay fresh?
